By installing or using CS PDF Editor, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. CS PDF Editor is a local PDF utility application that helps you merge, split, compress, convert, edit, protect, scan, and manage PDF documents on your device.

Local processing

All PDF operations run on your device. Your files are not uploaded to our servers because we do not operate cloud storage or user accounts in this app. You are responsible for the documents you import, create, edit, share, or delete using the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to:

• Process documents you do not have the legal right to use
• Bypass copyright, DRM, or password protection without authorization
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the app as your own product

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every PDF will open, convert perfectly, or meet a specific file-size target. Always keep backups of important documents.
